The Golden State Warriors started out as a Basketball team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, known as the Philadelphia Warriors in 1946 where they won their season in the BAA. Which in the long run went into the NBA. In 1962 they moved West to become the San Francisco Warriors, then in 1971 changed the name to the Golden State Warriors. I remember watching games with my dad with Nate Thurmond and Rick Barry. (yes, I know I am old! but I was not then!) In the time that past the Warriors, have a new coach in 2014, Steve Kerr. They have won 3 NBA Championships in 2015, 2017, and 2018. Since the Golden State Warriors moved to the West Coast they played in the Cow palace, the Oakland Arena, and now the Chase Center in San Francisco. The players are well known, Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson. The team has changed where they play and so does the Logo change. The Logo is currently the Bay Bridge redesigned from the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake and other repairs that were needed.
