Be My Baby Mittens Knitting Pattern (English)
Be My Baby Mittens are worked in Stockinette in bouclé. The model is worked from the fingertips and downwards beginning with the thumb. Cast on using Judy’s magic cast-on method, and shape in the round working increases. When the thumb has the desired length, the stitches are put on a holder while the hand is worked in the same way. Now the two pieces are joined and decreases are being worked in order to shape the mitten to fit the heel of the hand. Change to My Wool and work a half twisted rib.
